Samples are strongly encouraged to ensure your expectations are met. Please note that samples are only a small piece in the overall puzzle that is your installation. RANGE IS TO BE EXPECTED.

If you need to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of your purchase. Because we handmake our tile to order we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns please reach out! 

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the material for any breakage or defects. Returns are only accepted should the product be defective due to the manufacturing process, this does not include glaze/color variation. Any defects must be reported in writing within 30 days of receipt of the product and a sample of the product sent to Red Rock Tileworks for inspection. No claims for defective tile will be accepted after installation, regardless of the nature of the defect.
